The "Vostok Contract LLCo." was founded on 25th December, 1997 in Khabarovsk, Russia. Our shareholders are: the Amur Shipping Company and the Amur Basin Sefarers Trade Union Committee. License # 15201 РФ 166/1П of 26th March, 2001 of the Ministry on Federation Affairs, National and Migratory Policy of Russian Federation is currently in force. Our company is certified by the Ministry of Transport of Russian Federation and meets Standards ISO 9002-94, ISO 9004-2. Certificate # 004 is of 1st April, 1999.

The main line in the activities of our Company is the employment of highly qualified personnel on the ships of different types sailing under different flags worldwide. The majority of our clients also have an experience in working on so-called joint river-sea going ships, due to the special geographical location of our Company.
Up-to-date our Company deals with the crew staffing for 11 dry cargo ships sailing permanently under the flags of foreign countries. For 3 years of working over 900 seafarers had been employed, the majority of whom became the permanent clients of our Company. At the moment over 400 specialists are waiting for the employment. All the specialists are trained and licensed in accordance with the International Conventions in the sphere of training seafarers. The Officers speak and write English well and have the rich working experience on the oil tankers, fishing and scientific fleet.
